Well done what a fantastic achievement , i was gamble free 200 plus days and I was feeling fine but Xmas seemed to have triggered me still trying to identify were I went wrong and I gambled it was like I nearly forgot how bad my
gambling was maybe became too complacent so I am disappointed but trying to keep positive it’s day one and I will not gamble today!
