Sorry if this is the wrong board to post on.... Just wanted to say I am over one hundred days gambling free, after thirty years of slots.
What has really helped was telling my wife everything. Now that she is supportive, things are kind of back to normal at home after a rocky couple of months.
I also have been to counseling, (3 sessions or so) which has really helped to find the cause.
Life feels great, something I haven't experienced for years. Money in the bank, urge free, and happy.
It may seem impossible but we can all do it if you really want to...

Well done for your efforts and to share here . It’s amazing to think that 100 days ago you were most likely at your wits end and beaten by this . You are proof to the new memebers that things can improve and it’s not impossible

I am near 80 days gamble free and fortunately I was in the same position as you but once my wife knew (also after a rocky few weeks) the urge has completely gone. We have to count ourselves lucky as I know some partners are not as understanding. Keep strong

Congratulations on reaching these milestones. Just be wary as I have reached 6 months clean a few times thinking I was over it and started up again. After 18 years I really need to stop forever. What I’m saying is don’t get complacent. Keep up the good work . All the best . Jon
