Hi this is my 1st time posting I've tried all sorts to try stop gambaling so giv8ng this a shot I've heard so many good stories of recovery so hope this helps me im 45 and have been gambaling  since I was 12 I can't take it anymore and realy think this is my tine to stop and take back my life

Hi Jamie

 

The first step is the hardest and to recognise it's a problem. I'm only on day 54 but feel better each day. Just keep coming on the chatrooms. There are four today as it's Monday
