Thanks Justjoseph for your encouragment, day 16 going very well i received my new debit card as i cancelled my existing card which was registered with all gambling sites.

Its 3 weeks now and i am gamble free no urges, but still can not accept what i have done 3 weeks ago, i dont know how long will it take.
