I struggle to stop gambling as i am in debt and need to climb out of it. But each month i get paid and gambling into oblivion. I fear my wife would leave me if she knew and take out daughter with her.
I dont even enjoy it anymore I feel I do it out of necessity to win back the money lost.
I dont know what to do.

Pete, it must be difficult carrying this burden alone. We can understand it's scary to contemplate telling your loved ones because you fear the consequences. But the downside of that is that you are struggling with this on your own and stuck in a cycle of chasing your losses. You don't have to be alone with this.
