So today is day 14 bet free for myself and having had my first counciling session yesterday I'm feeling good about the situation and today there's a tiny bit of money left over but even that for me is a positive thing after gambling my wages every Friday to paying debts and bills today is such a good feeling onwards and upwards this time next week will be day 21!!!!

I hope you are being proactive and have the serious blocks in place....everywhere you should not feel welcome...everywhere you could think you may try with the support of close family and friends
Its not so much a case of luck and counting the days...with effective blocks the days will rack up regardless.
Blocks... control... monitoring....I cant stress it enough....There is no room for a willpower alone approach.
You will go off and do other things and realise its more fun and more productive. You still have money in the bank and control in your life.
Life can be hard and there is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. However its much better being gamble free and in control of your life

Evening bud why don't you start up your own diary and keep updating that. It would be a good way for you to tack your progress I've just read mine from the start and it's given me a big lift
