Hey Marko. I'm doing well mate. 17 days off the bet. Of course you didn't let the side down and I hope you're staying strong. GA has made an enormous difference to me this time as I've bought into the whole set up. I've had a few ups, downs and slight wobbles the past couple of weeks but have concentrated on structuring my day enough (but not too much). I'm not watching football, or the results coming in, so much but I'm trying to break the cycle that was my life. How's the family doing mate?

Hey Anyone Else Think Fixed!! I think those feelings are "normal" although you do have the power to change. It's not easy though. I'm now 24 days without a bet (which believe me is totally unheard of and I would never have believed possible). Advice I would give you is 1) stay off gambling one day at a time (don't look any further than that as it will burst your head) 2) Give yourself enough structure to your day (but not too much) 3) Research as much as you can about compulsive gambling (believe me you're not alone) 4) Use this forum to talk openly and honestly about things. Get stuff off your mind (we are all the same). Days off the bet will soon add up and you will notice a more positive life opening up in front of you. It all sounds really simple but it's far from easy. All I think about, all the time, is gambling. Morning through to night. Stick at it pal. We can all do this 🙂
