Yes day 1 and all the early days especially the first month are so are very dark. But its the foundations to a better future without the stress and ruination gambling causes

Hi day 1 and welcome to the forum , Don't be too harsh on yourself , we can all make mistakes and take a wrong turn in life , I let so many people down as a result of hiding in my secret world of gambling but the worst person we let down are ourselves , we deserve better , you deserve better , work hard at this for yourself because once you see the light and begin to see how good life can be for you , then your kids will benefit , you'll become a different person in control of what you do and enjoying once again all the special moments life can bring . 12 months ago I arrived here a broken man feeling as you do now , lost , not quite sure what I'd just done nor which way to turn , let me tell you life gets better and better when your not stuck in the cycle of gambling , today I celebrated not having gambled for 1 full year and To be honest If I can do that then so can you , one day at a time and little steps , it's yours for the taking :))
