I'm a gambler rather than an affected other but I can certainly feel your pain. Gambling addiction is a disease and we never set out to hurt the people we love. It takes us to place we thought would never morally exist. The addiction tells us that the only harm we are doing is a financial one to ourselves. How wrong that is.

Also, have you spoken to the advisors on Gamcare who are amazing ? There is support here for you as well as if your child wants it as well Â
