Scared, Alone and Debts

I’ve literally just done the same.

This thing to do is get on Gamstop, if you play non uk casino self exclude yourself from all of them while you are feeling like s**t.  Once that’s done focus on other things like exercise, cooking nice food, hobbies etc. You will start to feel better in yourself. Debts is a problem but you’ll have to sacrifice things to achieve your goals, it will take time, but each day will get better and better. I’m only on day 3, but feel a lot of relief already. I’m trying to plan a holiday in October with the family so I’m using that as my goal.

Hello scared and alone. I feel similar, in a bit of a debt hole and back and forth gambling the money I do have to pay debts. I manage a good week without gambling then when I’m starting to feel better I seem to lapse. Currently on day 2. I have today installed gamban, which I got direct access to from the creator as it has an administrator password required to uninstall. I’m hoping this will help immensely but as I say only on day 2.
