I watched this last night and OMGGGGG...it really hit a nerve. What a muppet they think we are?!?
Especially the bit where it states that statistically the more you play the lower the pay out...I have fallen foul to this many many times!
I would urge all to watch this...I think this was a big part turning point in my recovery!
