Day 245 GF - no inclinations to play the slots in months. Today I was watching a programme where people were discussing playing slots and bam, just like that, I was trying to find sites to play which circumvented Gamban and Gamstop. Very fortunately those I did find didn't sound very trustworthy so I didn't go ahead. I thought I had this demon licked and haven't been on this site in quite a while but this just goes to show you can be tempted when you least expect it. Time to spend more time on here and remember why I signed up in the first place.Â

Great post and a reminder about complacency. I don't think I will ever get away from recovery and doing something each day. Keeps me grounded and away from any thoughts of gambling. So glad you didn't reset your clockÂ
@lp5vut869c Thanks Stuart, it was quite scary to realise that Ill always be fighting the demon but I'll take it as a win that I didn't gamble.
Good for you Red Dragon 👏👏👏. It is so easily done if you don’t have every block in place needed. I succumbed last year and relapsed twice, after going 470 plus days g.f. I have learned my lesson since and strengthened my blocks! It sounds like you have to 👌👊💪.

Thanx for Sharing RedDragon goes to show no matter how far u have come their always an element of risk fortunately for me i already experienced this i have recently hit 1000+ days i have decided to stop counting days however i believe spending time on this site is what helped i cant forget about this addiction like i did in the past i am still vulnerable just like i was on day 1 and has long as i continue on the path i can continue on life without gambling  so thanx for posting this as it also a reminder for myself i cant take this bet free life for granted👍
