Just checking in as it has been about 3 weeks. All is well and my silence was not a sign of having tripped up. Nearly 10 weeks now which beats my last proper effort from 2 years ago by some distance. Since my last post we have had another daughter born (on fireworks night) - Daisy who is healthy so very happy times. This only helps my motivation to stay on the straight and narrow. Good job this coincided with my stopping gambling as i have taken 2 weeks statuatory pay (about £100 a week) so living on rations until xmas now! Best wishes to anyone reading and i hope you are staying strong.
Much like chumbawumba, I got knocked down but I'm getting up again. No more gambling from now on, today is ground zero. Last time lasted 3 months, this time going to do much better!
