250 Days - Wow im racking them up !
Family holiday in the sun begins later this week all paid for by not gambling.
As i sit sipping my cold beer in the scortching sun I will raise my glass to many who passed here and have supported me on my journey so far.
Am i cured? - No i dont think i ever will be, the urges are there, albeit irregular and mild.
Is life better ? - Yes - So much happier with life, work, relationships and health have all improved dramatically by not gambling.
