Day 19

Was a good day, I racked a few things off the to do list and finished off a couple books. I recently got 92% in my spirits exam and it took me a while to transfer notes though I was inquisitive in the process and had to research a few things!

Day 20

bit of a back to back post. but im posting today at the midway point whilst I have a few observations fresh in my head. to all those trying to quit you start to get a bit of clarity at this point and you see the world a bit differently. im still in debt but im content and theres plenty of things for free that I can be getting on with!

I am going to sell some dvds and give some items to charity. this will make me feel great as I am clearing some space and making myself as well as other people happy in the process.

have a great day all

Day 23

Pretty much worked all day, I feel kind of flat at the moment but I know its a side affect of recovery. I will get a lot of confidence back in the long run if I get through this. But at least im lowering my debts. Its nice to know with this happening now I could never go back to doing it again after it has taken me to hell and back!

Hi Sam,

27 days is great and so is your daily update. A great reminder to reinforce the big "no" to the G word.

Keep doing what your doing.

One full month is coming up.

Take care,

Suzy
