77 days free of gambling
30 days to go (350 to pay off before end Nov.)
616 pounds saved.
1160 paid off (long term debts)
0 spent on gambling
Money +- in last 155 days = 1220

Feeling great today, our football team won 4-1, treated myself to some new boots yesterday as well just because I didn't spend much on my night out on friday. Only 2 weekends to go until next pay day, although need to start doing some Christmas shopping, should be in a good shape to celebrate Christmas.

Enjoyed an evening of tidying my room for the first time in ages and catching up with my housemates.

Now chilling watching I'm a celebrity in our front room that has already been nicely decorated for Christmas.

Great way to start the last gamble free month of the year.

I don't know why but these figures I am putting in every day are strating to lose their meaning a bit. I might go about this in a different way as I approach 100 days, maybe sum up what my gambling abstinence can buy me. Like my own advent calendar.

See what I'm feeling like tomorrow. For now off to open my second window on my Cadburys advent calendar (other makes are available)

640 pounds saved.

On the 3rd day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me...a new pair of shoes worth 24 quid.

Hoping to build this list up in the run up to Christmas to reassure myself I can treat my family at Christmas time. As that is what Christmas is all about.

Hi Dan. Thanks for commenting on my diary. I've read through a lot of your own and I think our addictions are quite similar (online, betting on random garbage etc.). It's good that you're sticking at it. Keep on going mate. I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on.

On the 4th day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me...a new pair of trousers worth 32 quid.

So I'm not actually buying the items but as I get closer to Christmas the present(s) I can buy will get better.

So anyway a good climbing session tonight, might be saving more money as not out this weekend unless I go on a potential tinder date. Really caught in two minds as I know it will cost money.

12 weeks free, feeling great slight temptations last night as I was staying in as mates waiting til closer to Christmas to go out. But instead of gambling just realised I've not lost 50 quid from not going out might as well save it for Christmas presents.

Talking of which. On the 7th day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me a large backpack for if I go travelling worth 56 quid.

Also won another football match this morning and having an afternoon with my gran so should be a good day.

On the 8th day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me an electric shaver/trimmer worth 64 quid. Tempted to go for the stubble look early next year so one of these would be great.

Day out in trade today in pubs and competitor pubs to sample food, sometimes love my job. Got a small presentation to do but should be fine.

On the 9th day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me, a decent pair of headphone worth 72 quid, for running, walking to work etc...

Feeling a bit bored today, didn't really talk to anyone at work then played pretty rubbish at football, and it's nothing to do with gambling just a bit tired and run down I think.

Anyway only 14 days til the big 100. No thoughts of gambling so that's good.

On the 10th day of Christmas a gamble free day gave to me, a new basic bike that will help get me from work and back worth 80 quid (my old one broke and it needs repairs, plus it's pretty old).

So nothing much to note today, going out for my first of a few Christmas meals tonight which should be fun.
