Thanks guys,

been in a bit of a self-absorbed funk, so not been reading or posting much.

I'm not bad though, just you know, one of those weeks! hubby is away, so missing him too.

Still soldiering on, with no gambles in almost 38 weeks. you can just about grow a person in that time!

Thanks girls : )

It is SOOO good to have hubby back. I don't think I am one of those really dependent people, certainly try my best not to be because it is not really healthy BUT I do rely on him a bit during bad patches and I think that is ok. I know I won't turn into a pile of dust without him, but it is helpful to have him around. My own little in-house cheerleader!

I had a really bad night on Tuesday and couldn't sleep at all so took the day off sick Wednesday. Thursday I was much better, but still not quite right so I stayed off work and hubby had the day off so we walked to the beach. It was absolutely lush.

Anyway - went back yesterday for the last day of term and now have over 2 weeks off!

I am really looking forward to having some chilling out time, and also time to get on top of household stuff as this always helps me feel better.

Tuesday 3rd will mark 39 weeks - 9 months gamble free! Will certainly be swinging by a few diaries this weekend for a proper catch up : )

Lol Dotters, doesn't everyone enjoy a juicy morsel?

I am f****d off today. I am struggling with anxiety and am very frustrated and disheartened by it. I have been irritable, angry and tearful for a few weeks now and I can't seem to shake it off. Have just been in town and really had to fight the urge to shout really loud - I've no idea what I was going to shout, but it feels like the pressure is going to explode sometimes and I will lose control of my behaviour. I find this really scary - even though I have never actually ended up shouting out yet.

Am just sick of this anxiety getting in the way and stopping me from getting on with my life. It is far better than it was, but still really disabling sometimes. I am doing loads to help myself too, which is what makes it most frustrating. If I was just feeling sorry for myself without actually putting any effort into changing things, at least it would be fair and my own fault that I am still suffering.

I feel sorry for myself : (
