316 days GF. Debt is my problem now not gambling.. its putting a lot of pressure on my life style.
Just like gambling hopefully soon debt will be a memory.
Well done Adam on being 316 days GF. I can really relate to your last comment. I am 233 days GF but I also feel like debt is now my problem and not gambling. I have plenty of blocks in place like gamstop and self exclusions but have rarely felt urges since the first few weeks. I'd never truly tried to quit before I registered here but just reached a point where I was truly done with gambling in order to save the rest of my life going further in a direction I did not want. Of course it is gambling that created that debt so the consequences of dealing with it are a constant reminder of the destruction caused. They will keep going down and eventually we'll be debt free as well as gamble free. As long as we never see gambling as a solution to those debts we'll get there! I agree with all the people on here who refer to no bailouts - we have to face up to the consequences of our actions ourselves . Good luck in continuing to rack up the GF days and seeing debts fall.

But like you said we will eventually be debt free as long as we stay gambling free...
Last night after a dinner out i ended up in the casino with my friends. Stayed at the casino bar for few drinks . I didnot gamble or even watch . I am glad nothing happened.
Near miss. It wasnot part of the plan but i should have left after dinner.

Its has been great year. I learnt alot about myself and changed few things. I donot think i am cured yet i donot think I will ever be.
Still battling with my debt which is down from ВЈ18250 to £11900.

Why am i thinking about gambling these days.. i am so annoyed with my self cuz i am thinking of it.
I have to stay strong.greed and wanting more money is my root cause of all of this.
392 days GF. I went out on saturday night with my mates. After club we ended up in the casino, they gambled but i didnot, they re not even a gambling people one gamble ВЈ10 , the other £20 for fun.
I think i should've said no and never went but look no harm is done as i didnot gamble but felt so guilt afterwards.
I hope all had a lovely bank holiday weekend.
