Been here so many time it kills me but this time I have hit rock bottom. There is no depths that I will go too win my money back. Lying through my teeth too cover up loses. Even when I win a lot of money I can't stop. I don't know when too walk away. It scares me too think what happens when I am on one. It's like all that matters is that next bet. Once I stop I am fine. This time today is day 1 again but this time it's going too be for good. 4th April 2017 my last bet. There is more too live and need too focus on the good things.

thats very much for your comment. Your right about being on here every day posting. Always remembering where you have been is always a good thing. So much good in my life I can't lose it all through this demon. I can beat this demon. It starts here. The loses were getting hard on myself and causing me too be so angry with myself for being so stupid. Cause you know you have been here before and still continue too go down the rocky road. Day 1 today is the day I change my life for good. Leave gambling behind and move onto better things. So much more too life than gambling. I am a far better person too be around gamble free. Feeling positive and determined.

On day 2, keeping busy with work. Enjoying being free from gambling and not worrying or stressing on chasing my money too get it back. Looking forward too enjoying the sport this weekend and not being involved in the dramas of it all. I will win this weekend as i will not have a bet. Moving forward never back.
On day 3, going too keep busy this weekend. Jam packed weekend of sport. Will watch the national and the masters with some football. Going too keep positive and remember where I was. 3 days dosent sound aloud. It with a gambling problem it's a lot.
