Yeah thanks Alan, it's felt good to get things off my chest and to hear the advice of other members . I'm going to start to tell my gambling story soon but it is a very long story so might take me a while , I think it will be emotional but I think it will help me recover . How you been doing Alan? .
Yeah all good thanks Loz , just coming up to 6 months gamble free this weekend, so I think I need to update my own diary page a bit , if I get a spare minute that is ! Makes me wonder how I ever found the time to gamble to be honest, probably because I neglected everything else in life ? . Look forward to your memoirs! LoL ! Take care my friend .

Hi ktf yeah I'm stilling thinking about going , I couldn't go this Tuesday anyway , but I think I'm going to go a week on Tuesday I'm still a bit unsure , it's a big step for me mate but it would make it a lot easier if I wasn't on my own .
