Good to see you are still getting along nicely... and reducing the PDP by settling as many monthly bills as quick as possible, it reduces the pressure a bit. Well done

o*g 31 days!!!

Wow, how different I feel. I can sleep and my bills are paid. Can't feel the difference financially as yet (due to over payments re bills to catch back up) but at least there's no extra debt to cover...fingers crossed after the new tax year I'll be able to start saving properly. Still on my phone calculator working out every penny I got.

The weekend was good, me and my partner were kid free for a feed hours on sat and we went out on a day date....it's been a while and it was worth it, he must notice a difference. Anyhow I'll stop rambling hope you guys are fighting Mr G and being successful xxx

Ok it's day 34 and out of nowhere the urge is real, very real!! I'm fighting it though. I know why....nothing's bad happened...my partners working late tonight & thinking what can I do, Mr G has offered to come and visit me for a sly minute. Hell no, it's not happening. I knew days like this would come about...and breath!! :-/

Hi Lady h :)).

These day's do happen and usually when you lest expect it , just think to yourself haow bad you would feel in the morning if you were back at day one , especially after dealing with all the stuff gambling throws at you during your first month of abstinamce . Just push forward One day a time and those urges will begin to get easier :)).

Your doing so well don't throw it all away for a five minute feeling !

Hey Lady H, thank you so much for checking in on my diary the other day...truly appreciate you taking the time out to write in. How you getting on? The urges and random and blooming awful! But the relief when you've fought against it is the best relief. Hope you're managing to stay strong. Take Care C x

Thank to so much guys your support made me think again especially about how and would have felt today...the disappointment of ones self so getting so far yet to fail.

Well I am proud to say I knocked him out with a shot of rum and composed myself!! Still remain non-gamble...yaaaaay!! Will take cash out of my account and keep in my drawer...not taking any chances....it worked well last month, no cash in account seems to keep temptation at bay.

It's like you have 2 people on each shoulder....Mr G saying go in just a tenner and your good side saying no...you already know the consequences.

Wishing you all a good day...Make sure Mr G doesn't catch you off your guard xx

Wow the days are racking up slowly but surely. I logged on yesterday to catch up on a few diaries and reply to some of you. I started by reading Sabines diary....eye watering to say the least. It took me about 4 hours and with a recent health scare it knocked me for six. Hence no other diaries were read. I'm still non gamble and wish to remain that way forever more x
