Hi, GAMSTOP has completely stopped me in my tracks! It was hard to sign up as it took the option away but SO pleased I have and whilst I have the odd day where I might have wanted to see that ball spinning round I haven't missed it any where near as much as I thought I would.
How are you finding it all after nicely over two month GF?

Had a great Christmas and new year , back to work today. Was so glad I didn’t even think about gambaling at all over the festive period. Here’s to 2019!!!

Day 121 - away on a stag do last weekend with a lot of opportunity to gamble (most were) didn’t feel the urge at all and felt sorry for a lot of people in there!

Been off for a while but still going strong, this time last year would have been constant Cheltenham - chase loss in blackjack - repeats
In such a better place now and fingers crossed a nice pay rise at end of the month
