still going have not gambeled at all back to work tonight doing some overtime dont get me wrong my urge to gambel is very strong but haveing the blocks in place helps cheers for now

oh well here i am again probley have done the best thing going used gamstop self exclusion for 5 years so have not lost any momey for the last 5 days going forward felling posative .
got paid yesterday so want to gambel but i cant love it and hate it at the same time at least i still have money left
back to work tonight a nice 13 hour shift just checked my bank so nice not see 15 20 quid deposits on there soon be monday and can say thats 7 days no gambeling
cracking on with it a week as gone by since i last gambeled feels good .

quick update every thing in my life is going well sleeping better not worried about the mail .
the best thing i did was useing the national self exclusion for 5 years reduse my morgage areears from 2,000 to 300 pounds .
got rid of my old 55 reg car and got a 14 plate car everything since i stoped gambling is so much more positive good luck to everyone out there regards steve
