Day 26 and counselling went well yesterday, going again in two weeks or so.

Fair play mate, keep it up seems like ur doing well, love to see people being positive about it rather than down, I think the best way to beat it is to have a positive mind set, keep it up, I'm on day 20 so going strong and like u said I believe it gets easier.
