Congratulations on surpassing the milestone of 50 days. Keep going and keep your guard up and you'll soon hit the 100 club.

See you on the 2014 challenge,

thanks Jess

I won't say its been easy or that's its easy now

its not, however i need to keep working hard to make sure i don't go back

Last time I got clean for a while I got lazy and thought one bet won't hurt

One bet did hurt

thanks Jess

day 55

gamble free but not temptation free

i still get regular thoughts of gambling like i've always done gambling or not

What i'm learning from others is that may be the way it'll always be but it doesn't have to be negative

Many of those people still in abstinence and recovery have great and positive lives and there's no reason why i can't be any different

The Key they say is that they don't stop trying. they keep learning and progressing.

Good message for me to remember?

Hi triangle

It is such a difficult tough journey we are making but you are making it and be proud of that something that gambling rips from us very quickly

Keep trying that's the most important thing

day 57

had a very good ga meeting last night

helped to hear the honesty from others mouth's as well as the pain in their eyes and body language

big reminders why i can't go back in spite of wanting to sometimes

thanks triangle

Keep going triangle - 57 days is great going, and now you are looking towards two months of sanity!

You can do it..

Fella well done on your continued abstinence

I believe we really do have two sides to our brain, the irrational gambling side and the rational side.

In recovery they will wage war against each other,on which I am so pleased for you that the rational side is winning those battles.

I salute you my friend.

Keep making the right choice

That way all round you keep winning
