Some responses say more about the person writing than the person they're addressed to.

Hope all good with you. KOKO.

Morning Tri, are you ok? Some folks just don't want to interact; I think for some a diary somehow makes them think they are tackling their problems...but who am I to judge? Your presence on the forum gives so many people support, belief that we can overcome problem gambling. Hope you are having a good day. I have a day off today, tackling a mountain of unopened mail, all sorted into piles for filing now. Catch you later x

thanks and good to see you in chat. tri x

Absolutely but that won't stop me trying to support others along their journey.

I'm glad you're doing ok, it's ok to let the "posting" plate fall, it's more important to keep the gamble free plate spinning....and you keep it spinning with whatever tools work for you xx

Is it ok? time will tell i guess

How are you onlyme?

Tri you have to do what works for you, there are only so many hours in the day! You're working on your recovery doing more GA stuff, you're not ignoring your recovery.

And I'm doing ok thank you, keeping busy 🙂

Sorry to bring this here Tri, I've sat and stewed on this for a few hours. When I commented on your posting reducing I was referring to you posting on YOUR own diary, not you posting/supporting others on their diaries. I purely meant that it's ok to post less on your own diary as you're using other tools to support yourself, I didn't in any way mean it to sound like you should stop supporting others. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say as it seems like others haven't. X

Hiya Onlyme, I don't know whether I should be posting here or on your diary...the comments subsequent to your comment about Tri reducing his posts, referred to someone who had been rude to Tri on another thread....and as mine was the first I am sorry if I did not make that clear and it has caused you upset. In fact, will copy this onto your diary too. Once again, sorry.

Morning Tri, sorry once again about this, I'm going to be posting apologies here, my diary and Rhodas'.

Thank you Rhoda for clearing that up for me, I was worried that my comment had been misunderstood but having looked through I can clearly understand the following comments were not aimed at me. I am sorry I took the comments to mean something they didn't...this is a failing on my behalf and yet another thing I need to improve on.

Once again, thank you, it is really appreciated......and Tri, thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for everyone x

Sharing recovery free today although i still get urges. The addiction is very strong in me and as much as I'd like to say I hardly thought about gambling, I'd be lying if i did.

Good news is I've still got all the blockers and safety nets in place. I know I need them for my safety and for the safety of those around me.

Simple tools that make the big difference including posting on the various diaries, supporting others diaries and challenges on this site.
