day 91 so far

some may say its easy not gambling

just don't do it

some may say not drinking or doing drugs is easy as well

not for those suffering from the addiction

today i'm gamble free enjoying it

Triangle i could tell last night in the open ROOM you were feeling low and urges were strong but you did it you refrained, so you're actually quite strong. I admire your honesty and courage. You will be on a high for what a few hours if you give in... 93 days is massive don't give in, please don't... 100 round the corner....

I do hope you feel stronger today yesterday you were tired and low but you are a fighter and today is another day that we can win if we don't play today

Everyday on this roller coaster our feelings and moods change like the weather I hope the sun is shining for you today

yes they are adding up

i keep trying to make positive changes in my life whilst not forgetting that gambling is on my heels

I've been caught and dragged back into living hell too many times
