not really counting the days anymore

just trying to enjoy each day as it comes along

still doing the challenge on the overcoming board which helps and i'm regularly attending my ga meetings and counselling

fella all the right boxes being ticked for you to maintain abstinence,there is no set way to the go,no book for us to follow,it is about it is about the end result, yours raised a huge smile.

enjoy it for all it's worth

day 136 for me today so i've been told and its a good day

sun's up, busy busy but not too busy to forget what brought me on here in the first place

i'm an addict but i'm trying on a daily basis to turn that around

that's the thing isn't it.

why would i go back to doing what i did before?

yet thats what i've always done

i've stopped gambling life's got better and i've thought ok i'm fine now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

157 days not gambling so i hear

its something i never thought i'd hear or say

im just enjoying today

its not easy sometimes especially when gambling says its ok it'll be fine

but it won't be fine
