Hi Psul just got in weather gorgeous, sitting in the garden now with a voddy, orange and ice, and just read your very very positive message:))) bliss :))))

Take that triangle away and it sure does help and get stuff into prospective:))) Away from thst negative environment and negative surroundings, we don't even think about the negativity (too much) and as time goes on Paul less and less, and we really do appreciate what we have, and then recovery comes in gifting us in so many different ways, situations.:)))

Me and OH are now the very proud owners of a static caravan situated on a lovely quiet site, 2mins walk from a very large sandy beach, that stretches for miles , We get the keys on Saturday, and do you what Paul the stuff I have bought for 200 quid certainly gives an even bigger red light,

Gambling is a losers game:))) The only way to win is to abstain and maintain, apart from anything else it gives us our sanity back:)))
