Day 110. No bets and no thoughts! Had a good day with my wife and had mum n Dad round for a brew. With the family and support I have I must not go back to my old selfish ways......

Day 112 no urges or thoughts and feeling happy! I know there is a long way to go but I am well up for it!!!
