Day 124 my debts are getting me down a little but I know I just have to keep staying gamble free!
Day 125. Just a normal day and for sure no gambling! As I have said before, I have not won in 20 years so there is no way I am gonna win now!!
Sticking at it and not looking back......
I probably started gambling because I was taken in by the big win! It never came and never will. 25 years later my debt is bad and I am fighting to keep the strength to carry on. I wish myself to sleep at the moment as this way I know for a short time I can feel free....

Thanks coach w. Day 128 today. Had a day off work and kept busy. Took my wife to work then had breakfast with my mum n Dad! Took my gorgeous nephew to his other grandparents then came home and did some house work!
