It's 6 hours or so since I posted and I am now feeling very down and guilty! I know I have to forget the past and move on but it is so so hard! I really do hate what I have done. If any one out there has any advice please please post!

Hi Jaym

I feel the same as you the guilt and feeling down must be part of the process from abstaining

We know now we have to abstain we know there is no quick fix and therefore we have to just ride through the feelings and stay strong

We have made our own bed and now we have to lie in it but we can get up and out of that bed everyday we abstain thinking positive and staying determined and holding our head up because we win everyday we don't play and that is the only wAy to go for us

Day 73. Had a very busy day on my day off! Done lots of jobs and even cleaned the car. I find this is key to keeping the demons at bay. Keep mind and body busy....
