Day 78. Thanks Sandra. It is a battle. I think within the next 5 to 10 years many more people will have their lives ruined by gambling and these fobts! I only hope we all can pull together and encourage each other to make the right choices. I have been such an idiot and to be honest finding it tough at present, but as you say one day at a time!

Hey Jay

You won't need tissues today cos you have reached 80 days of abstaining from gambling and that is a good place to be with this fight

That is very positive isn't it

Suzanne x

My wife is so strong I really truly love her to bits. The fact I have gambled behind her back is a disgrace on my part...

I will not do this again and I know I have got a battle on my hands which I am so gonna so win....

Day 87. At the moment my debt is really getting me down! I know in time this will get better, I need to just take one day at a time and pay my debts each month. It's gonna take 3 years to pay off. If I can do this my wife and I will have a great life doing the things we really want to do...

Hi Jaym

I feel the same as you with the debts but they will get paid off slowly but surely and that has to be so much better than losing more money we don't have

and that is not even worth thinkng of

one day at a time our debts will go down and that is very positive

Well done on 87 days gamble free

Suzanne x

Hi Jaym

You have conquered yet another month since I last posted. Keep it up - these individual days add up to weeks, which now add up to months, which will add up to years. As these add up your debts will decrease, even if slowly, but they won't increase. Well done, keep busy and celebrate the good things you do have.
